Rodrigo Macin


Rodrigo is a key lawyer at Von Wobeser y Sierra. He has ample experience advising leading multinational clients, both foreign and Mexican in complex, international high profile matters. Rodrigo is active in the following practices at our Firm: Commercial Arbitration, Investor – State Arbitration and Public-Works Arbitration. In terms of arbitration, he focuses on advising clients in three distinct areas: Commercial Arbitration, Investor State and Public-Works Arbitration. Rodrigo has participated in various top level and highly notable international arbitrations. Additionally, he has significant experience assisting arbitral tribunals. Furthermore, he has been involved in court litigation related to international arbitrations well as court litigation related to civil, commercial and constitutional disputes. He has specific expertise in the following industries: Construction, Energy, Food & Beverages, Infrastructure and Telecommunications.
