He is the Senior Associate with the most experience in the litigation practice at the firm. He has more than 17 years of experience. He is both a lawyer as well as an economist. Alberto successfully pursued an LLM in International Business Law at the London School of Economics in which he specialized in arbitration. He has worked in the Federal Courts of Mexico in commercial and administrative matters. He has a unique perspective as he counts with education in law and economics which give him a broader understanding of Mexico's tax and antitrust system and the problems that clients may encounter. He has represented our clients in tax, antitrust, administrative, civil, commercial and arbitration matters. He has extensive experience in both Judicial Court and private arbitration matters.
